ThermoFloor™ is our NEW insulated prestressed ground floor product, launched in late 2005 to coincide with the new thermal efficiency regulations which came into effect in January 2006 in the UK and later that year in Ireland.

The changes to these regulations will have a significant impact on how ground floors in new buildings are designed.
ThermoFloor™ is ideal for all residential and commercial buildings designed in accordance with these new standards.
Available in 150 and 200mm depths, ThermoFloor™ offers all of the advantages of our hollowcore flooring with the addition of the high density 100mm thick insulation layer bonded to the underside.

The resulting product eliminates problems associated with conventional insulation that is placed above the sub-floor; such as gaps in insulation around services, breakages to sheets and the cost of labour required.
With a rapid installation service and no curing of concrete required, you’ll appreciate that ThermoFloor™ is a real cost effective alternative to in-situ concrete.
